CS:GO can lag for a bunch of reasons—your internet connection might be slow or unstable, your PC might not meet the game's system requirements, or the game servers might be having a tough time. Check your internet speed and PC specs first. If everything there looks good, the issue might be on the server side. Unfortunately, that means waiting for Valve to fix things up.

I used to have major lag issues with CS:GO until I realized my brother was streaming 4K movies on the same network. Make sure no one else is hogging the bandwidth. Also, try lowering your game settings; helped me a lot!
