Honestly, it's the gore and language. Shoot someone in CSGO and you'll see blood splatter. Plus, the terrorists and counter-terrorists aren't exactly whispering sweet nothings. It's all about the context of violence.

CSGO is rated M for Mature because it has a lot of realistic violence, blood, and uses of strong language. It's a tactical shooter where you're either taking down terrorists or planting bombs, so the intense action and themes are definitely not meant for kids.
