Check for background processes eating up your resources. I had a similar issue and found out a sneaky Windows update was downloading in the background. Paused the update, and boom, FPS went back to normal.

OverclockerOops
Overclocking gone wrong? If you recently tried to overclock your CPU or GPU for a performance boost, you might've pushed it too far. Try resetting to default frequencies and see if your FPS stabilizes.
CleanYourPC
Might wanna look inside your PC. Dust build-up can cause overheating, which throttles your CPU and GPU, dropping your FPS. Give it a clean and see if that helps.
JustYourInternet
It's probably just your internet. CS:GO is fine, and FPS issues are almost always on the user’s end. Try resetting your router or check if someone’s hogging the bandwidth.

If your CS:GO FPS suddenly dropped, it might be due to a recent game update that your PC is struggling to handle. Try lowering your graphics settings and see if that helps. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, a simple driver update can make all the difference.
