You gotta make sure CS:GO has permission to use your mic. On Windows, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and check if CS:GO is allowed to access your microphone. Simple as that.

Honestly, sometimes the game just bugs out. Try updating your audio drivers or use another mic to see if it's a hardware issue. If all else fails, might be time to hit up support.

Just yell louder, works every time.

First thing, don't panic! Check if your mic is set as the default device in your computer's sound settings. Also, dive into CS:GO's audio settings and make sure the correct microphone is selected there. Sometimes, it's as simple as unplugging and replugging your mic. And, don't forget to check if the mic is muted, both in-game and on the mic itself if it has a mute button.
