Just turn off the Wi-Fi on all your other devices lol. If your phone, tablet, and everything else is hogging the bandwidth, CS:GO's gonna suffer. Priorities, people!

Might wanna look into getting better internet. Some providers just aren't cut out for gaming, sad to say.
