Bad ping in CS:GO? Could be a few reasons - slow internet connection, you're playing on a server far away from your location, or too many devices on your network eating up the bandwidth. Try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi, closing unnecessary apps and devices connected to your network, and choosing servers closer to you. Also, check if your ISP has any issues!

Literally just move closer to the server. Problem solved.

Had the same issue, turns out my roommate was streaming 4K movies non-stop. Made him pause, and boom, ping improved. Check who else is using your internet!
