Why won’t Subway Surfers load?

Subway Surfers needs a good connection. If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data or vice versa. If it's still a no-go, your device might not meet the game's requirements anymore.

Sometimes Subway Surfers won't load because of a poor internet connection or outdated game version. Make sure your device is connected to a stable network and check if there's an update available in your app store. Rebooting your device can also work wonders. If it still won't budge, try reinstalling the game, but remember to back up your data first!

It's probably just a glitch. Uninstall and reinstall the app. I had to do it last month. Lost a couple of high scores but at least it started working again.
