Nope, CS:GO 2 isn't here to replace CS:GO, it's more like an evolution of the game. Think of it as the next chapter that builds on the original game's legacy. Valve's aim is to enhance the experience with improved graphics, mechanics, and features while keeping the core gameplay that fans love intact. So, CS:GO players can look forward to the new stuff without worrying about saying goodbye to the classic game.

Totally disagree with the first guy, CS:GO 2 is def gonna replace the original. It's like any new version of a game that comes out – why stick with the old when you can have shiny new graphics and better gameplay? Sure, the original will always hold a special place, but the majority will move on to CS2.

As someone who's been playing CS:GO since it launched, I don't see CS:GO 2 as a replacement but an upgrade. It’s like when you switch from an old phone to the latest model. You're not replacing it because you hated it; you're just moving with the times. Plus, Valve's making sure we keep our beloved skins, so it's the best of both worlds!
