Honestly, it's up in the air. Rockstar hasn't confirmed anything about GTA going cross-platform but considering how popular the request is from the community, it wouldn't be shocking if they made a move in that direction in the future. Fingers crossed!

No official word yet, but if the gaming gods are kind, we'll see it happen. Considering how other big titles are embracing cross-play, GTA jumping on the bandwagon doesn't seem too far-fetched.

As a long-time GTA fan, I dream of the day I can play with my Xbox pals while I'm on my PS. No news yet, but it's about time Rockstar makes it happen. It's the future of gaming, after all!
