Not really. Early on, some characters were vulnerable to bullets, but as they power up, bullets become ineffective.
Bullets? Pfft, Krillin uses them for target practice.
Most Dragon Ball Z characters can shrug off bullets like they're nothing, especially once they've powered up. Goku and Vegeta don't even flinch!
Some characters can be vulnerable before they get stronger, but most can easily dodge or deflect bullets later on.
