I've had mixed success. Some older servers seem stable, while others are hit or miss. It's kind of like a digital game of whack-a-mole!

As someone who recently tried to play Modern Warfare 2 (2009), I found some servers up, but player counts were low. It’s hit or miss!

Sadly, most of the old COD servers on PlayStation are down, but you can still find some working through private hosting communities.
