Sure thing, mutations from serums are here to stay in your Fallout 76 character... until you decide to gulp down some RadAway without protection. So, if you're loving that new you with extra arms or whatever, make sure you've got the Starched Genes perk. It's a game changer!

No way, serums are a waste! Just find the mutations naturally, much more fun.

Yep, serums in Fallout 76 are totally permanent! Once you use one, you get its mutation along with its buffs and maybe a minor annoyance or two in the form of side effects. Just remember, RadAway can still cure your mutations if you're not careful, so if you wanna keep those superhuman vibes going, stock up on some RadShield or get the Starched Genes perk to lock those mutations in place.

Quick tip: Always use a serum AFTER snagging Starched Genes. Learnt that the hard way and had to say bye to my Marsupial powers.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
