Unfortunately, no dual wielding in Fallout 76. I was hoping to run around with a pistol in each hand, but the game makes up for it with a ton of other awesome stuff. Plus, managing your inventory and choosing the right weapon for the job becomes part of the strategy and fun.
Short answer: No. You can't dual wield. Gotta strategize with what you've got!
