Check if there's any scheduled maintenance or outages on the [PlayStation Network Service Status](https://status.playstation.com). It might be a network issue on their end.
My hot take: Just give it some time. PSN outages happen and they usually resolve on their own.
If nothing works, try rebuilding the database. Start in Safe Mode and select 'Rebuild Database'. This usually fixes weird errors for me.
First thing, try restarting your PS4 and router. Sometimes, a quick reboot is all you need!
