No. Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet stomps Hulk.
Well, Thanos did give Hulk a pretty rough time in the MCU, but in the comics, it's a bit more balanced. Hulk can definitely stand his ground if he gets angry enough.
In a straight-up brawl, Hulk's raw strength is unparalleled, but Thanos is cunning and has the Infinity Gauntlet. Unfortunately, Thanos takes the win more often.
I remember watching Avengers: Infinity War, and Hulk got smacked down pretty hard. So, without any extra help, probably not.
