Nope, you're stuck with it! Once you've named your island in Animal Crossing, that name is there to stay. So make sure you really like it before you confirm, because it's a long-term commitment, just like naming a pet or a tattoo. Choose wisely!

Sorry, but no. Your island name in Animal Crossing is a one-time deal. No take-backs or name changes. So, if you鈥檙e having second thoughts about 'Buttercup Valley' or 'XxIsland420xX', your only option is to start your island from scratch. A fresh start isn't always a bad thing!

Not happening. Once you lock in that island name in Animal Crossing, it's yours for life. Choose with care or be prepared to live with the consequences (or, you know, start all over).

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
