Yes, but you need a Bluetooth adapter because the PS4 doesn't support Bluetooth audio out of the box. Just plug the adapter into your PS4's USB port and pair it with your AirPods.

You can, but you'll need a Bluetooth dongle. Plug the dongle into your PS4, put your AirPods in pairing mode, and connect them via the dongle.
