Technically, you can cook the chicken part in the air fryer, but you'll still need a saucepan for the curry sauce. Air fryers are great for getting that crispy chicken texture, though!

Sure, just don't expect it to taste like traditional chicken curry. Air fryers can't handle the sauce part well.

I've tried it! Cooked the chicken in the air fryer first and then simmered it in a curry sauce on the stovetop. It was delicious and cut down on the cooking time.
