Nope, you can't equip two unarmed weapons at the same time in Fallout 76. The game only lets you have one active weapon at a time. So, if you're planning to go full Wolverine, you'll have to stick to one claw!

Sorry, but no dice. Only one unarmed weapon gets the spotlight in Fallout 76. You'll have to alternate those punches if you want to mix it up.
