Nope, PSN doesn't currently support game gifting. Best bet is to buy a gift card instead.

Unfortunately, you can't directly gift a game on PSN like you can on some other platforms. But you can always purchase a PSN gift card and send them the code!

I tried to gift a game to my friend last Christmas but realized PSN doesn't have that option. I ended up getting them a PSN gift card, and they loved it!
