Absolutely! In Fallout 76, you can totally take down multiple baddies in VATS mode. Just cycle through your targets after you've lined up your first shot. Keep an eye on your AP though; you need enough action points to switch and shoot. Happy hunting!

Short answer, yes. You gotta have enough AP and be quick on the target switch. VATS ain't unlimited!

Yep, can confirm. Did it yesterday when a bunch of ghouls tried to crash my camp. Just make sure your weapon's up to it and watch those action points.
