Sorry to burst your bubble, but no, you can't officially play Animal Crossing: New Horizons on PC. It's a gem created by Nintendo exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. So, if crossing with animals is your dream, grabbing a Switch might be your next best move.

Nah, you gotta have a Switch. It's the only way to get the real deal, complete with all the charming animals and Tom Nook's shenanigans.

Technically, no. But where there's a will, there's a way...right? Emulators exist, although they walk a fine line of legality and definitely don't have Nintendo's blessing. Plus, the experience might not be the same as playing on the actual Nintendo Switch.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
