Unfortunately, you cannot play PlayStation 4 games on a PlayStation 3. The hardware and software are just too different.

Nope, PS4 games won't run on a PS3. You're gonna need a PS4 or PS5 for those.

PlayStation 4 games are not backward compatible with the PlayStation 3. You’ll have to stick to PS3 games on that console.
