Nope, PS4 doesn't support PS3 discs. You can check out PlayStation Now for some PS3 games, though.

Unfortunately, no. PS4 can't play PS3 discs. You'll need to download any PS3 games that are available on PSN.

Short answer: No. PS4 isn't backward compatible with PS3 discs.

I tried it myself, and the PS4 just politely ignored my PS3 disc. So, it's a no-go.
