Unfortunately, Sony's refund policy is pretty strict. You can't get a refund for a PS3 game unless it's faulty, but you might have better luck contacting customer support!

Nope, Sony doesn’t offer refunds for digital content on the PS3 PSN. Once you’ve bought it, it’s yours.

From my experience, trying to refund a game on PS3 PSN is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. It's non-existent!
