Good luck refunding if you've already downloaded it; Sony's policy is pretty strict on that.

Yep! You can refund your Anthem pre-order on PSN as long as you do it before the release date or within 14 days after purchase if you haven't downloaded it yet. Just head to the PlayStation support page and follow the refund process.

I managed to get a refund for my Anthem pre-order on PSN! Just contacted support within the time frame and they processed it without issues.
