You can restart your PS Vita for PSN Henkaku, but be aware it might undo the exploit. If you're using H-encore, just rerun it after the restart!

I've restarted mine several times for Henkaku with no issues. Just re-run the exploit after rebooting!

No need to overthink it. Restart, then just reapply the Henkaku exploit. Easy peasy.
