No, Valve doesn't offer a buyback program for the Steam Deck. Your best bet is third-party platforms or local selling groups if you're looking to get some cash back.

Sorry to break it to ya, but nope, you can't sell your Steam Deck back to Valve. Once you've purchased it, it's yours to keep, sell on your own, or gift to a friend. Valve doesn't buy back used hardware, but there's always eBay or Craigslist for that kinda adventure.

Actually, selling it yourself can be more profitable. List it on gaming forums; you'd be surprised at the demand!

In my experience, trying to sell electronics back to the manufacturer is a no-go. Sold mine on a local gaming forum and got a decent deal. Just make sure to reset it before you hand it over!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
