Nope, Steam's not down for everyone. Usually, if Steam's having a hiccup, it's either because they're doing maintenance (they gotta keep those game servers shiny) or there's a massive launch and everyone's trying to download the same game at once (looking at you, every major game release ever). Best bet? Check Steam's official status page or hit up sites like Downdetector to see if it's just you or everyone.

Nah, it's not down. Might just be your Wi-Fi playing tricks on you. Steam's pretty solid when it comes to uptime.

Steam seems to be running just fine! If you're having trouble, it might be a good idea to check your internet connection or try restarting your Steam client. Sometimes it's the simplest solutions that do the trick.

Actually, I had a bit of trouble logging in earlier today, but it cleared up after a few minutes. Seems like Steam can have brief moments of downtime, but they're usually on top of it pretty fast.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
