Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer money from one PSN account to another. You might consider gifting a PlayStation Store gift card instead!

Nope, PlayStation doesn't allow transferring funds between accounts. Try buying a PSN gift card for your friend instead.

I tried this myself and found out you can't transfer funds between PSN accounts. Your best bet is to use gift cards.
