Actually, there's no official way to move your Steam Wallet funds to a bank. However, some people sell their Steam Wallet balance for real money to others, though it's risky and against Steam's terms of service. Not recommended.

Nope, you can't transfer Steam Wallet funds directly to a bank account. Steam Wallet is designed to be used on the Steam platform itself, either for buying games, DLCs, or other content. It's like store credit; great for Steam, but nowhere else.
