Nope, you can't use a PlayStation gift card from another country. PlayStation gift cards are region-locked, so cards bought in one country won't work on another country's account.

I tried once and it didn't work. Make sure the gift card region matches your PSN account region.

Unfortunately, PlayStation gift cards are region-specific, so you'll need one from your account's region.
