Some PS3 models have backward compatibility for PS2 games, but it depends on the specific model you own. The early 'fat' models usually support PS2 games, while the later 'slim' and 'super slim' models do not.

Nope, unless you have the OG PS3 model with the backward compatibility feature. Most later models don't play PS2 games at all.

Yes, but only if you have one of the original 'fat' PS3 models with 4 USB ports. The slim and super slim versions don't support PS2 games.

I have a launch 'fat' PS3, and it works with my PS2 games just fine. But my friend's newer 'slim' PS3 doesn't. Check your model!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
