Nope, Sony doesn't allow you to use the same phone number for multiple PSN accounts. Each account needs its own unique number.

I tried this myself last month and it didn't work. Sony requires a unique phone number for each PSN account.

Unfortunately, you can't have the same number on two different PSN accounts. It's a one-phone-number-per-account deal!
