Hey there! To leave a group on PSN, just head over to the Messages app, find the group you want to leave, open it and select 'More' (the three dots), then choose 'Leave'. Boom! You're free.

Had the same issue! Go to your messages, find the group, hit 'Options', and select 'Leave'. Should do the trick.

Leaving groups on PSN is easy peasy. Just open the Messages, find the group, hit the three-dot menu, and select 'Leave'.
