Nope, Fallout 76 doesn't support crossplay between PC and Xbox. Players are restricted to playing within the same platform family, so Xbox players with Xbox and PC players with PC folks.

Actually played on both PC and Xbox, hoping to team up with friends on the other side. Turns out, no crossplay. So, it's a solo adventure on each platform or gather friends on the same one.
