Nope, a PS3 controller won't work natively on a PS4. You'd need an adapter to get it going.

You can actually use a PS3 controller on a PS4, but you gotta have a special adapter or use some third-party software.

Nah, Sony didn't make the PS3 controllers compatible with the PS4. Better stick with a DualShock 4!
