Nope, PlayStation 4 is region-locked for DVDs. A PS4 bought in the U.S., for example, will only play Region 1 DVDs.

PS4s are region-locked for DVDs, but not for Blu-rays. So, Region 2 DVDs won't work on a Region 1 PS4.

If you've got a Region 2 DVD, you'll need a Region 2 PS4 to play it. Simple as that.
