Nope, Xbox Game Pass and Steam are like oil and water; they don't mix for playing together. Each has its own separate ecosystem, so games from Xbox Game Pass can't directly play with games on Steam.

Kinda. If Palworld supports crossplay, then yeah. But it's not about Xbox Game Pass
