Unfortunately, you can't blueprint workshops. It's a bummer, I know. Gotta rebuild your masterpieces every time.

Big nope on that. Workshops are a build-as-you-go jazz. No blueprinting like your personal camp. Keeps things spicy, though!

Nah, you can't blueprint workshops in Fallout 76 like you do with your camps. But, you can still take over workshops and build stuff, you just gotta do it on the spot each time. Think of it as a chance to flex those creative muscles fresh each time!
