Nope, you can't take items back from dreams in Animal Crossing. Dreaming lets you visit other players' islands without affecting them in any real way. It's like window shopping in a dream world – you can look but you can't keep!

Tried and tested, my friend. Dreamt of the most amazing island, full of rare items. Woke up with empty pockets. Dreams in Animal Crossing are just for inspiration, not for inventory expansion.
