Nope, you can't find a wild Tyranitar. But catching its pre-evolutions, Larvitar or Pupitar, and then evolving them will get you one.

You can't catch Tyranitar directly in the wild, but you can evolve Larvitar into Tyranitar. Keep an eye out for Larvitar during special events or in 10 km Eggs!

I got my Tyranitar by hatching a Larvitar from a 10 km Egg. With enough Larvitar candies, you can evolve it into a mighty Tyranitar!
