Unfortunately, no, you can't change your date of birth on your PSN account once it's set. But you can always create a new account with the correct details if it's crucial for you.

Nope, Sony doesn't allow changing the DOB on PSN accounts. Maybe just embrace your eternal youth or whatever age you picked!

Sorry, you can't change the DOB on PSN. It's locked in. Had to make a new account when mine was messed up.
