Absolutely! Sign in with the new account on your PS4 or PS5, go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Activate as Your Primary PS4' (or PS5), and activate it. Easy peasy!

Just deactivate the existing primary account and set the new one as primary in settings. Done!

Nope, can't be done. Once you've chosen, you're stuck with it.
