Unfortunately, once you set your age on a PSN account, you can't change it directly. You'll have to create a new account if you need a different age.

I had this issue before. Best way around it? Create a new PSN account with the correct age.

Nope, Sony doesn’t let you change your age on PSN after you've set it. It’s set in stone, like a bad tattoo.
