Nope, what you pick is what you get. Your Bethesda.net account name is your forever name in the wasteland. Make it a good one!
Actually, you can't directly change your name in Fallout 76, but there's a workaround if you're really desperate for a change. You'd need to create a whole new Bethesda.net account with a new name. Bit of a hassle and you lose progress, but if you're committed to a name change, that's your path.
