Nope, the PS4 doesn't support Bluetooth speakers natively. However, you can use a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the controller's headphone jack.

From personal experience, the best way around this is to use an optical-to-Bluetooth adapter. I did this and my Bluetooth speaker works perfectly!
