Nope, the PS3 doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices like AirPods. You might want to look into a Bluetooth adapter as a workaround.

Just buy a proper gaming headset. AirPods aren't made for PS3.

Technically you can, but you need a Bluetooth adapter that connects to the PS3's USB port.

Unfortunately, PS3 doesn't play nice with AirPods. Tried it myself, ended up using wired headphones.
