Yup, you can totally connect a PS4 controller to an iPad! Just go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad, put your controller in pairing mode by holding the PS button and Share button until the light bar flashes, and select the controller from the Bluetooth devices list.

Absolutely! I use my PS4 controller with my iPad all the time for gaming. It pairs through Bluetooth pretty easily. You'll just need to make sure your iPad is running iOS 13 or later.
