Short answer, yes with a but. RadAway can cure mutations, but you can't pick which one gets cured. It's all random. If you're playing mutation roulette, make sure you've got the Starched Genes perk to keep the good ones safe.

Yep, you can totally cure specific mutations in Fallout 76 but it's a bit of a gamble. You gotta use a RadAway, but here's the catch - it cures mutations at random. So, if you've got one you really wanna keep and one you wanna ditch, it's pretty much all left to chance. Best way to manage mutations is by snagging the Starched Genes perk so you can lock in the ones you like and then carefully cure the ones you don't.

Nope, you can't specifically choose which mutation to cure. It's all up to luck with RadAway, so fingers crossed you don't lose your favorite one!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
